Performance Operations & Maintenance Inc. (PO&M) provides Construction and Start-Up Services for power plants. PO&M is a small privately owned company that relies on its personnel to provide top quality services.

PO&M can help during any phase of a project from design reviews, drawing reviews, construction management, construction QA/QC, site management, Commissioning and Start up.

We have QA/QC programs for construction activities and for commissioning and start-up activities. These programs are customized for any project and become part of the documentation for a project.

Our personnel have coal, oil, natural gas, petroleum gas, plant experience. We can provide all disciplines including those experienced in civil, electrical, instrument, piping, mechanical, tanks, pipelines and protection systems.

Ensure that environmental requirements are met when considering site vehicle oil, equipment oil storage, waste oil removal, etc. Owner must approve of all hazardous material expected to be generated on the site and its removal from site.
Contract Management — PO&M provided a contract General Manager to assist a client with managing two power plants. One of the key activities during this contract was the successful transition from on O&M service provider to another O&M service provide at one of these plants.
