Performance Operations & Maintenance Inc. relies on the quality of its

We have provided Construction Services, Commissioning & Start-Up Services,
and O&M Services. We have a continuous improvement process that captures
learnings during our projects and these learnings become part of our system,
practices, and procedures for future projects.

Our Construction Services assist clients by providing third party oversight
to projects and by providing Construction QA/QC services to ensure plant
construction and installations quality meet codes, contracts, and
workmanship criteria.

Our Start-Up Services include overall commissioning and start-up program
management, start-up staffing, and turnover package development. We also
develop commissioning procedures and commissioning plans for all critical
activities during this time. Having an independent group perform the
start-up or at least oversight of the start-up provides assurance to a
client that all requirements are met to not only meet guarantees, but long
term operation needs as well.

We have provided training during start-up to ensure that the incumbent plant
operators and maintenance personnel receive the training necessary to be
ready for assisting in the start-up and for commercial operation.

We have developed a comprehensive lock-out and tag-out program that ensures
safety standards are met during the high risk period when construction is
winding down and operational activities are beginning.

Document control is an essential part of our philosophy and PO&M provides
reports in a format that meets client needs.

Punch list administration is an essential part of any project, PO&M provides
a punch list management system that tracks all punch list items through to
contract close-out.

Our O&M services include contract management, outage management and
assistance, capital project management for additions to existing plants, and
audits and assessments. Our highly experienced personnel are selected for
their ability to grasp plant details, project details quickly and in a cost
effective manner to achieve success. We have also assisted in improving the
reliability and availability of plants when current results are
disappointing to the owner.

PO&M is a small responsive company that can bring highly capable personnel
to projects to achieve success from a budgetary, safety, and effectiveness
point of view.
